GeForce RTX 3060

On The Internet, A Mysterious GeForce RTX 3060 variant with Upgraded Memory And GPU has been Spotted.

Nvidia’s current-generation gaming GPU architecture, Ada Lovelace, has long since replaced Ampere. However, Nvidia has no qualms about releasing Ampere-based products at a time when Gamers are eagerly awaiting mid-range Ada Lovelace GPUs, as evidenced by the GDDR6X refresh of the RTX 3070 Ti. Another variant of the highly sought-after GeForce RTX 3060 has now been spotted online.

T4C Fantasy, the editor of TechPowerUp’s GPU database, has spotted a fourth GeForce RTX 3060 variant online. It should be noted that the model in question may be an engineering prototype that will never be seen. Alternatively, the new configuration can now be used by all future RTX 3060 models.

However, the Graphics card supports GDDR6X memory and has a better GA104 GPU than the others. Both should offer significant performance on vanilla RTX 3060 variants. Unfortunately, no information has been provided about the VRAM of the new GeForce RTX 3060 variant.

To expand on this formula, the company is releasing stronger and weaker versions of the Ampere Cord to keep it relevant for as long as possible. The RTX 40 series lineup isn’t cheap, so Nvidia wants to keep the 3060 around.

The RTX 3060 is much faster than its predecessor. According to TechPowerUp’s GPU computing power aggregates, the card outperforms the RTX 2070 while being slightly slower than the RX 6600 XT. Nvidia previously introduced a cheaper 8 GB variant of the 3060 to lower the overall cost of the card, which is still slightly discounted at most major retailers. Amazon – Check Price

With 12 GB of faster GDDR6X memory and a larger GPU, the new 3060 could become the best budget gaming option, beating out even the RX 6600 XT and 6650 XT cards, which have been praised for their value.
