Introducing the latest lightweight performance gaming mouse with magnesium alloy frame – Razer Viper Mini Signature Edition. Used in wired or wireless configuration, this mouse comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 mouse feet for less friction and smooth gliding.
Razer today announced its lightest gaming mouse, the Razer Viper Mini Signature Edition. It weighs just 49 grams, making it 16 percent lighter than the company’s Viper V2 Pro and one of the lightest mice we’ve seen from a big company.
The mouse uses a magnesium alloy exoskeleton (bearing a slight resemblance to the SteelSeries Aerox 3 Wireless) with a semi-hollow interior. “We wanted to go beyond the traditional honeycomb design and this required a material with an excellent strength-to-weight ratio,” said Charlie Bolton, Razer’s Head of Industrial Design. “After also evaluating plastics, carbon fiber and titanium, we ultimately chose the magnesium alloy for its exceptional properties.”
Razer says the mouse will use its fastest wireless Technology and be one of the best performing wireless mice out there. These include the Razer Focus Pro 30K optical sensor, optical mouse switch Gen-3, and HyperPolling Wireless with 4000Hz polling rate. In addition, Razer says the mouse battery will last up to 60 hours and fully charges via USB-C in less than 90 minutes. It comes with pre-paired USB dongle.
